I’m 63 years old and have been battling MDD and GAD all of my life. Finally sought treatment in college. I can say that 1997 to 2010 were the worst years of my life as being in and out of hospitals for suicide attempts and breakdown after breakdown. Medication after medication. Nothing was helping.
