Office staff is very unprofessional. Not a lot pleasant place to work at either.
If I could leave a negative star, I would. This gentleman took a whole 20 minutes to “assess” that I didn’t need to go to him and I should just Exercise regularly. Really? I was going to him and waited three weeks for an appointment for a very specific reason. He didn’t take the time to find out exactly what I was dealing with, just made a snap judgement. The office staff was rude to me. I find this unacceptable and refuse to return to a mental health practice that cannot show compassion during these difficult times.
A good place to do per diem work if you live in the area. It is harder if your commute time is 30 minutes or longer.
What a wonderful place to find help and information for your wellness and mental health. The office is full of professional and caring people from the front desk staff to all the qualified therapists on staff. I have been with them for almost 2 years and find it to be a terrific place to turn my life around, have a better and more positive outlook along with issues I deal with.
