I have been coming to this dental office for 15 years. Original owner Dr. Walker was fantastic, but retired awhile ago. Dr. Alcorn has taken his place and our family likewise find his services fantastic. My children have come here for their whole lives 13, 10, 7, 4. Instead of dreading, they look forward to going to the dentist. They started having my kids just sit in the chair and showed them the tools when they were very small, like 2 and then the next time they would do a little more until they were comfortable to sit in ... read more
I was charged for services they couldn’t explain, i have asked for multiple call backs to explain and try to solve the bill, after months of calling and waiting they still have not returned any calls, they are always closed or the owner is always on vacation or out of the office. Very shady practices, and they add unknown and undiscussed charges to the bill to avoid having insurance coverage. Do not use this dentist unless you want to be jerked around and overcharged.
