I have told MANY people since my son (and now my daughter too) have been patients there that I have NEVER experienced a more genuinely friendly, helpful staff anywhere. They all remember both of my children, myself, even my dad who tends to be the one who brings them to most of their appointments. We've had a few issues over the years...lost retainer, broken pallet expander, needing to remove the expander for an MRI and then needing it be put in again...and we have never been treated with anything other than patience, unders... read more

Everyone was very Friendly! They explained everything so that I could understand 100%. The environment was extremely clean.
We had an excellent experience at James Hinesly Orrhodontics office. Every single staff member was warm and welcoming. My son, who was very nervous, got to play Minecraft while I got all of my questions answered, and he got ice cream at the end of his visit. He is looking forward to his next appointment. I felt like Dr. Hinesly really cares about his patients. He answered all of my questions and never appeared rushed or in a hurry as many doctors do.
My daughter was very nervous, but Dr. Hinesly took his time explaining everything that would happen and why he did each thing. This made her more comfortable and excited about the process. I was pleased with his knowledge and manner and have confidence in his ability to create beautiful smiles.
Very friendly staff and Dr Hinesly is awesome! I can’t wait to see what my son’s smile is going to look like when he is finished!
