I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr, Dugan has been to me. He takes his time at every visit to listen to how I am feeling. I never feel rushed during a visit. His bedside manner is very comforting. His staff in Peru and Wabash are the best. I have reached out to Dr. Dugan and his staff all hours of the day and I have always received assistance in a timely manner.
