Dr Dugan is an outstanding doctor. I just had prostate surgery and an very pleased with the results.
The absolute worst experience of my life! Rude and nasty nurse Terri with the most terrible attitude I have ever witnessed! Dr. Dugan is nonchalant with no sense of urgency after diagnosing me with likely prostate cancer. I had to push them to order an MRI which I did myself. Terrible communication skills and very sloppy record keeping. STAY AWAY!
Nurse Terri was sarcastic and demeaning. She has no business dealing with the public whatsoever.

Dr. Dugan performed a successful vasectomy reversal on me in 2016. I had a vasectomy ten years prior. I now have a handsome baby boy with my current wife. I can’t thank him enough.
Dr. Dugan is thorough - I went in for kidney stones and he found that I also had bladder cancer. He was prompt on addressing the issue and I feel as though I am in excellent care with he and his staff.
I felt like he truly cared about me and what was going on, he was very thorough, explained things well, and even drew a picture for me to help me understand. He did not stop until he figured out the root of my issues unlike my previous doctor. He truly cares.
I felt embarrassed. He made comments about my weight and Discussed my E. D. Issues in an open area where everyone could hear. I never went back and never will
