Don't read the 1-star reviews. They are almost universally from people who missed appointments without notifying the office in time, question cost or don't feel they need to pay, or expect miracles. I split my time between greater Phoenix and greater Youngstown and he is as good as any dermatologist i have had in Phoenix, which is filled with great doctors.
Unpleasant experience. First time dermatology appointment. Had a teaching audience which made it all the more awkward and unpleasant. Did not return receive notification of following year follow up appointment but was charged regardless. The doctor and staff refused to credit the fee. It is now in collection although never notified about it. Not happy at all! Unpleasant experience all around.
Office staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Armile is friendly, very efficient and effective.
Dr. James Armile has treated me and my family members. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Armille is an excellent doctor, I have recommended him to family and friends. He is attentive, found my basal cell carcinoma. Cannot say enough good things!
Dr Armile has done a fantastic job taking care of some (potentially terrifying) issues for myself and family members. He has great bed side manner. He is professional yet down to earth. Understand he is not a plastic surgeon. He’s a dermatologist. If I were not 100% pleased I would not have my family going to him.

Terrible Doctor and he treats his patients awful. I shouldn’t have to explain why I missed two appointments. I forgot does dr Armile pay my bills or feed my family… no he doesn’t if I could give -10 I would I wouldn’t want anyone in my family going to him.
Dr. Armile has no business being a healer. And he lacks microscopy skills. He's clearly in medicine for money and to satisfy his ego at the costly expense of his patients.
