Dr. Sundus is exceptional—knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. Her care is outstanding and deeply appreciated. However, the front desk staff has consistently been unhelpful. We've had to go back and forth multiple times just to resolve a simple prescription issue, which has been incredibly frustrating. I showed up to the office during the times the website says they are open and they were not open. Super annoying. Fix your hours on Google please.
Been trying to contact my doctor for a week straight about a prescription I need a refill for. Went and got a 3 day emergency refill from the pharmacy and it's still crickets on their end. This place is an absolutely useless joke of a practice.
Rudest office I have been to; the staff schedules a appt for my child we went sat in the lobby for 20 mins for them to tell us they don’t see kids
