Dr. Zarah didn’t even see me. Wasted 40 minutes of my time in waiting room.
I was new in his office in Teaneck The doctor did not perform the neurological test and my health insurance denied the MRI. I asked his front desk to let the doctor know that I need him to call the insurance to appeal, but all my attempts to reach him were unsuccessful. Front desk three times told me that he was away from the office. Nobody called me back. I don’t know if I should schedule with him again.
An extraordinarily wonderful appointment with a physician who obviously truly cares about his patients. Gentle in approach to my specific needs, his examination and follow up explanation were exemplary. Prior posts regarding this physician could not have been more off the mark. Dr. Zarah’s care is beyond a five star rating!
Amazing doctor. Extremely rude receptionist. I called to make an appt as new patient and this woman who picked up the call was extremely impatient , hung up on me several times when I was trying to make the appt, made me wait 10 min on the phone, asked me to repeat my name several times , and extremely rude and impatient. Such horrible experience making appt , while the doctor himself is very professional and experienced . What a shame front desk !
