Dr. Rinker himself is a good guy and has done great things for me. The staff here on the other hand are incompetent, won’t call you back and absolutely won’t work with you on THEIR mistakes. Chris, one of his nurses (back in late 2024 anyway) scheduled us for a vein surgery too soon before insurance approval. That mistake cost me and my wife alot of money and they refuse to take any accountability for their mistake. When Elevation Imaging was done with my mammogram and ultrasound they helped me schedule with Dr. Rinker. He's been amazing with letting me know the facts straight.
Dr Rinker is a no nonsense guy, he gave it to me straight! For that my children and myself are very thankful. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. I cannot thank them all enough. I don't think I would be here without them all.
