I have received cortisone injections from Dr Iyengar several times and have been relieved of pain almost immediately or within a day or two. Yesterday I made an appointment for an injection and it’s been less than 3 hours and I can get up out of a recliner and walk around almost painlessly. I’ve had other doctors give me injections and either the pain’s gone away more slowly or not at all.
