Very professional and polite.
This office has the worst customer service. I have neen waiting for 2 months for the nurse to send a prior auth to my insurance for a test that the dr wants me to do. My follow up is scheduled for next week and they still haven't requested the prior authorization. I never get call backs when I'm told they'll call me.
Dr Villarreal did my husband's back surgery. The whole process was incredible and my husband's quality of life has improved 100 fold. Thank you Dr Villarreal YOU are the BEST!!! Javier and Pat Cantu.
