Cares more about the payout then his patients. If you hurt his feelings then start looking for a new doctor but first get a copy of your medical records since he wont transfer them to your new doctor.
I would highly recommend Dr Gomez to anyone he is the the only surgen in elpaso that was willing to take on a long risky surgury I have had a lot of surgeries so there for I have a lot of adhesions that makes any surgury risky for me but despite the long risky surgury he was the only one that stepped up and said I will help you and he done just that I'm so greatful for him he saved my life don't worrie about how long you wait to be seen in his office because the wait is well worth it amazing Dr
I have met him in the past and he is a down to earth person that treats you with a smile and reassuring voice. I feel fortunate to receive surgical care from him for my appendicitis because he was very caring of my health.
My first appointment consisted of a three hour wait with a five minute consultation. He never asked for medical history and instantly pushed for a colonoscopy. I didn't see or hear from him to explain my results. I called the office the day after my procedure and after not hearing back I was told that he went on vacation for three weeks. I made an appointment to see him when he got back. They tried to cancel my appointment because my results were normal when the medical problems still persisted.
Dr Gomez was very attentive to my needs. Was well informed before and after surgery. staff was knowledgeable and also professional. Dr Gomez did an amazing job on my surgery. Id recommend to anyone.
He was the ER doctor on duty when I had my gall bladder attack. After surgery he saw me once in the hospital but sent 2 different doctors to do rounds the next 2 days. No one from his office called to check on me after I was discharged. Wait time in his office for my follow up appointment is 2 hours and counting. Cannot recommend this dr.
EXCELLENT SERVICE
Dr. Gomez was an excellent surgeon but his office staff were very unprofessional and incompetent. I was also over charged for my services and I have been requesting my refund for over 8 months and after 8 phone calls to the office and being told I will receive it I still have not.
