My respects for Gomez. His truly an outstanding physician. His very professional, caring, attentive, so very patient and attentive. His amazing!!! One in a million!! All of Dr. GOMEZ Staff have been wonderful. As an example is Ms. Cindy. Regardless of how busy she may be in scheduling etc. She's always very attentive and professional.
Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I supplied a years worth of medical records approx 390 pages worth. Jaime Gomez told me at the last second before a procedure started that he only read them the night before. He went on to say that what we originally planned would not be the case for this procedure. I was referred to Dr. Gomez for a consult for possible surgery, Dr. Gomez was quick to get me scheduled his office staff was very understanding and professional! After having moved to El Paso 10 years ago from Houston/Dallas areas I have been disappointed with so so many of my experiences with doctors and staff. The lack of professionalism and customer service, at times has left me in tears thinking that quality healthcare doesn't exist here. Until Dr. Gomez and his staff proved otherwise. Thank You and hats off to you all for hanging in here so long ! I know it must be hard to maintain a quality practice in such and environment as this!God Bless
Dr Gomez is a great doctor,his staff is so inadequately trained! They tend to mess your appointment and then move them up or down timewise. This is the third time they do this,they do not care and it is very inconvenient when you have other things to do! They need a staff that is professional and not staff that only go to make a paycheck!
I had rectal stenosis on 2021 Dr. Gomez and his office manager ; they where very nice, compassionate, professionals. Immediately I was seen by him ; He scheduled me for rectal sphincterotomy!! thanks to God I recovered very well and my problem was resolved! I'm very grateful for all the care that I received from Dr. Gomez and his staff members.
He is my G.i and surgeon and i think he is a outstanding doctor he cares about his patients and well as his staff also takes care of the patients
