I had two scheduled appointments with [Dr Jaime Altamirano], and unfortunately, the doctor was a no-show for both. I understand that emergencies can happen, but there was no communication or follow-up from the office to explain the absence or to reschedule in a timely manner. It was disappointing, especially after rearranging my own schedule twice. Reliability and communication are key when it comes to healthcare, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience
Dr Altamirano is a great cardiologist, extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and to the point, he saved my life with his on call team for Jackson South. He battled over 3 hrs under pressure to save my life and I couldn't be more grateful.
Good overall experience once again. There’s valet now in the front of the building which is convenient for $6 dollars Doctor’s assistant Hillary is very good and knowledgeable!!! It’s a very cozy and relaxing office. No complaints
