I have a fractured ankle and his evaluation was caring, the options were explained. As a senior person, he took my bone density quality (good) into account and was helpful in suggesting additional nutrition to assist bone health. So far so good...I look forward to a good and rapid healing trajectory.
Good surgeon. Surgery and care before and after were all good. he cares about everything and is detail-oriented. I am pain-free even after a very challenging surgery other surgeons said they can't do. I was referred to Dr. Iyengar by another surgeon in the community who said he was the best.
Dr. Jaidep Iyengar is charming and personable and left me handicapped for life. During a hip replacement surgery, the nerve to my leg was seriously damaged leaving me with little feeling below the knee, a drop foot and one leg significantly shorter. A resulting fall required serious shoulder surgery.

Best in this region. I drive many miles to come see him and it's worth it every time.
I think Dr. Iyengar has a great personality and is very friendly. But for recommending him I can not! My acl was replaced and several moths later I felt as if it was torn again and was told it was fine? It pops and gives out daily just walking or turning. My shoulder has hurt everyday and I am unable to where a seat belt over my shoulder due to the pain it causes. I have tried contacting him and have been unsuccessful. My life has changed for the past 8 years without being able to do sports.
