Excellent cardiologist. He is familiar with your chart, listens well, forms a plan of action, communicates it well and answer questions. He is genuinely interested in helping you.
My 86 year old step Dad had emergency heart surgery. He had 90% blockage and 60% blockage on two heart valves. We took him to Baylor's Heart Hospital in Plano and Dr. Jai Varma did the surgery. He needed a stent put in. The surgery only took a few hours and my Step Dad was rolled back in his room giving us a thumbs up saying he was hungry! We are thoroughly satisfied! Their saying he should be released tomorrow! Good work doc!
Dr Varma was very thorough and was excellent at explaining everything - all the tests that I had and the significance of each. Turns out that I had a slight issue and thanks to Dr Varma it is controlled.
