They are both great doctors we have had several pediatricians for our kids and we hope not to change anymore. Both my kids love it when they have to go in for check ups. They make you feel like you are the only patients they have. They both are very caring, patient and helpful.
Nancy has always been very Helpfull and knowledgeable over the phone.The Drs.are the BEST.Thank you for all you do.
The Patel brothers are both very knowledgable and caring for not only their patients but also for their patient's parents. There have been times when I've gone in there crying because I don't know what to do (1st time mom) and the Patels are very helpful and reassuring.
THE BEST DR. I MAY SAY HE HAS SEEN MY SON FROM AGE 2 AND HE IS NOW 15YRS OLD AND NOW HE SEES MY BABY GIRL.
After trying several physicians in El Paso I took my son to see a well known pediatrican Dr.Jagdish Patel and it was a wonderful decision. He is very professional in his work and it is apparent that he is knowledgeable and truely wants to help his patients. He also has great people skills and was great with my son. He has helped us so much and now all of my friends see him as well.
After several dr.'s who prescribed antibiotic after antibiotic and many hospitalizations for my son's asthma and sinus infections we began seeing this dr. He listened to me and my concerns, supports my wishes to stay off antibiotics as much as possible, supportive my choices about stopping meds that I thought were having an adverse effect, encourages me to research (thanks me for doing so), has encouraged second opinions, welcomes my feedback on referrals he has given me (both positive and negative), sees my kids on a moment... read more
Dr. Patel did not listen tom mom, then my baby's cold got seriously bad w/a pneumonia and got to be hospitalized for about 8 days.
This Doctor initally seemed very much helpful, I liked the facilities his wating-time management, his staff. He slacked in people skills though, it might be an incident of culture shock. He took my opinions and comments very personal as if I were questioning or critizing his abilities as a doctor. My son was not getting any better after so much allergy med and I would have to pretty much ask for the different referals.
