I gave birth at P.E & was given horrible service because I refused their medications.(Pitocin, epidural, etc) This was my 3rd birth & my previous have been no intervention. My daughter was born happy/healthy & I asked to be released that evening. Due to protocol we had to stay 24 hours. Next day comes around & they take my baby to NICU to run her tests not allowing neither me nor her daddy to go with her. He's the best doctor I've been going there since I was born!
From day one he was so nice and informative. He did an excellent job piercing my daughters ears. I absolutely would recommend Dr. Jagdish Patel

Both Dr Patels are very great doctors. Never have had a problem with him or his staff. Very knowledgeable and cares very much so for his patients. My son has been going since new born and he did a great job on his circumcision.
My experience hasn’t been horrible but not satisfactory either. I haven been calling about the same issue ever since my baby was born she cries a lot maybe about 3 hours non stop I’m pretty sure it’s colic and ive taken her 2 because of it she is 3 months and still the same problem and all I get from these doctors are vague answers and advice that doesn’t seem to help I’m already looking into switching to someone who listens and actually cares. Max wait time is 15 mins. Doctor Patel is amazing. He answers all my questions, and is so gentle with my baby even when she's not. At one point she was slapping him. I apologize but he was extremely proud of my baby's developing motor skills. He's amazing.
Love him and his brother! Amazing doctors, my kids also love them and feel very comfortable with them and their staff! We have been going there for 15 years and he knows the children and family by name. I would never go to someone else because they are very knowledgeable and listen to all concerns.
I have come to this doctor multiple times, however the staff gets worse by the day. Patel himself was rude and did not acknowledge my concerns. Definitely changing. Also he sucks at circumcising boys. did a horrible job.
