I had been using Dr kahn for 20 years. Back when his pateint base was very low. He had been accepting my medically needy medicare/medicaid until Jan of this year. I went to my check up like normal, but this time was different, a few weeks later i received a bill. I had never received a bill before, the medically needy status would always kick in. when I called him to find out what was going on, he informed me I needed to find a new Doctor, that he no longer accepts medicaid. Dr Khan is very friendly and very thorough.
Consistently rude office staff, long wait times, and all for a Dr who is NOT at all proactive nor concerned.
I had an appointment scheduled at 11:40 at this doctors office, the moment I walked in the waiting room it was super dirty, very dusty, and the customer service was completely rude. I waited an hour for them to tell me I have to wait another half an hour for them to take me in. Very poor customer service. I don't recommend this doctors office at all.
DO NOT GO HERE! I had a colonoscopy here over 2 months ago. I had to pay $450 up front, as they said it probably wasn't covered. It was, and now I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. They say that the doctor's wife is the only one who can sign refund checks and she only comes into the office one day a week, and then doesn't always sign them! Also, a very small room where the procedure was done.Nothing like the hospital I used to have it done at. Also, not a regular physician anesthesiologist
I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Khan. He is excellent.
