Marvelous doctor! I have been going to Dr. Jae Lee for close to 17 years. His concern, empathy and staff are top notch.
My mother had a visit a few days ago for her follow up. Instead of listening to her health concerns, the MD told my mom to be quiet and completely silenced her!! After a few minute he left my mom without telling her the plans for her treatment. What kind of MD does that? As a healthcare provider, your job is listen to the patient's problems and make sound medical decisions. DO NOT GO TO THIS MD! HE IS USELESS AND DOESN'T"T CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS!!!!
I have been going to Dr. Lee for about 5 years now. He and ALL his staff are wonderful. They always ask the questions that I should have. They are all considerate, genuinely caring, extremely knowledgeable, and accessible. Five stars is not enough for Dr. Lee and his staff. ***************
I like Dr. Lee because he takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives me his honest feedback on what to do. He will call to check and see how things are going after a few days of the visit which show's a lot coming from a doctor. I also like the staff he has and how kind and patient they are.
My wife and I have been patients for several years. He and his team have always been very responsive and professional. Had an appointment earlier today and the wait time never exceeds 10 minutes. Dr. Lee is always very patient and takes time to listen to any questions or concerns I might have. Additionally, Dr. Lee has always personally called me back with test results to assure he’s available to interpret the results. So thankful we found him!
I have waited 2 weeks for the result of a blood test and when I called in to find out what the result was the person who answered the phone laughed (laughed!!) and said she would ask Dr. Lee to call me with the result when he got back from lunch. EXCUSE me for interrupting anything more important than my blood tests. And this was the second time I have called...it is important to me. Also when I call in they answer in Chinese...maybe I'm in the wrong office..wish I had known earlier...
Went to Dr. Lee for an immigration health check and was very impressed by his experience and professionalism. The entire office was courteous, flexible and very easy to work with. A thousand times better (and even more affordable) than the clinic we used last year. Highly recommended
