I overheard the doctor calling a staff member fat and useless. I have also heard from previous employees that nobody in the office is certified to perform their job, even the person who assisted in the minor surgery I got at the office. The doctor doesnt wear gloves to draw blood or test urine, and then touches patients without washing her hands.
