Rude, Rude, Rude is all I can say! These people have serious problem! In 2 and a 1/2 weeks of time in the name of for your convenience, they call six times trying to make a reschedule. (Felt like as if I was there next $ATM$) If simple scheduling (wonder how many people cancel) is so incompetent, I wonder what the Doctor's performances will be like? Worst doctor I have seen. Asks you a question then talks over you. He thinks he's the smartest and ignores everything you say. Then he says the same thing I said I probably needed. I said I probably need biologics or prednisone and he straight up says "You don't tell me what medicine you need. I tell you what you need." Then later says I probably need biologics. I've been going to Dr. Hyun for the past 7+ years. Dr Hyun is very professional, meticulous and has great follow-up.
