Dr. Acosta is absolutely wonderful. I was hesitant from some reviews I had read, but clearly they were looking for narcotics they weren’t going to get. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences from her. I had an emergency and she called me in the middle of the afternoon to resolve and try new medication. She listens to what’s wrong and takes into account what types of medicines you absolutely will not work with (due to past adverse reactions). She’s not a pusher. I called Dr. Acosta regarding some challenging side effects from my medication and wanted to switch to something different which she agreed. She said I need to been seen asap because she didn’t have my chart at the moment, she said the office would call me. They never called. I called and no answer so I left a message, still no call. So I emailed and left a my chart message and finally got a call back and was told I couldn’t see Dr. Acosta for a week and that I should just see the PA so I can get taken care of sooner. Dr. Acosta , words are not enough to tell you the truth. I my self appreciate your friendship. She’s been great from the start , has truly help to change and keep my younger brother well balanced. Has always been there even in the time of crisis. The whole team there, Martha , Howard and Ashley there all great. Thank you all.
Dr. Acosta's Staff, Office Environment and Telehealth services are the BEST. I always receive superb assistance and it is very pleasant to communicate with the doctor. I highly recommend her services should you feel in need to receive the help we all deserve.
