When I first met Dr. Dano, we "clicked" immediately. I felt very appreciated and understood by her personally. I have a long history in the natural healing community and she was open and interested in everything I brought up in the way of reasonable "alternative" possibilities. Worst doctor experience ever – I can honestly say this has been the worst doctor experience I've ever had. On my first visit I had to wait close to an hour--about 50 minutes--past my appointment time before I was called back to an exam room. When I finally got to see Dr. Dano, she treated me horribly--she was so rushed and could have cared less about listening to the details of my problem. Dr. Dano' s office is always a pleasure... – I found Dr. Dano's office by luck - leafing through the yellow pages. My 16 year old had terrible acne problems and needed serious help He got great, prompt, informative service. Shirien is his primary point of contact and 2 years later he still loves going there - as do my nieces - and my daughter. Great Doctors, Horrible Customer Service Skills – I have been going to Shirien for awhile and she is fabulous. She genuinely cares about her patients and is really easy to talk to. I have definitely seen results and I love her! The girls at the front desk however are a totally different story.... they are very rude and abrasive. Definitely recommend a visit if you are looking for a good dermatologist, but I think the doctors need to reconsider the office staff.

Friendly and Helpful – Dr. Dano's office staff is friendly and prompt. Dr. Dano's PA, Shirene is always on time and extremely concerned about her patients. I have had nothing but pleasant expreiences in her office. I would recommend Dr. Dano & Shirene to anyone.

Great Staff...Great Care – 12/8/05 - My fourth appt. and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dano's staff. The receptionist is friendly and professional and the appt. maker/cashier is as well. I can't say enough about Shareen, Dr. Dano's physician asst. Poor Pastient Care – Dr. Dano has a very unfriendly staff and does not take the time to get to know her patients. I have been there many times and she always acts like she is too busy to spend time with me. I have been to much better physicians in 'austin!!!!!
