Saw Dr. Collins in January 2023 and was told my eye pressure was elevated and they would refer me to an Ophthalmologist. I was told that day I would hear from someone in 2-3 weeks. I haven't heard from their office since the day I left. I have called their office over the last 3 weeks to follow up and left several detailed messages requesting a call back. No one has called me back. I guess my eye health is no concern of her or her staff.

I have been going to Dr. Jacquelyn Collins for several years and am totally impressed by her professional know-how and caring manner. She has made excellent referrals to deal with eye problems that have required surgery or laser treatment. I trust her judgement. Her prescriptions are very good and she is not one to automatically suggest eyeglass replacement. Dr. Collins is a great lady and I recommend her without hesitation.
