Saw Dr. Collins in January 2023 and was told my eye pressure was elevated and they would refer me to an Ophthalmologist. I was told that day I would hear from someone in 2-3 weeks. I haven't heard from their office since the day I left. I have called their office over the last 3 weeks to follow up and left several detailed messages requesting a call back. No one has called me back. I guess my eye health is no concern of her or her staff.
