After reading all the reviews about Dr. Muller, I made an appointment to see her. That visit far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Muller herself was charming and thorough, she listened and explained everything. She is clearly one of the smartest doctor I have ever met and you can tell she genuinely cares. Most importantly my eyes feel so much better since I saw her!
So...this eye Dr, sold my husband allergy meds that she mixes herself (eye Dr selling allergy meds???) which naturally aren't covered by insurance. They took his cc for future auto payments, bc he needs to refill them every 6 weeks, for $140 per bottle and he was told he needed to be them for 2-3 years......Hummm..... My husband also had $500 worth of eye pictures taken that also weren't covered by insurance. He paid $118 at the time of the first visit and we just got another bill, for the sam
When was the last time you were blown away by an appointment at a doctor's office? Unfortunately, I have had a lot of trouble with my eyes for the past ten years and have seen numerous ophthalmologists, not one of them has impressed me the way Dr. Muller has. She is clearly brilliant and yet is approachable, caring, and genuinely interested in having you understand all aspects of your condition and treatment. Under Dr. Muller's care my eyes have felt better than they have in over a decade.
Dr. Muller is the best. She has been my ophthalmologist for over 10 years and my eyes have never felt better, or looked healthier, and my vision is excellent! I'm currently living in London and still come to New York to see Dr. Muller- that's how wonderful she is.
Dr. Muller truly is an expert when it comes to dry eye! I have had terrible dry eyes for 8 years and have been to 5 other "dry eye specialists", and none of them were half as knowledgeable as Dr. Muller. She was so thorough, even correctly identifying my environmental allergies (which were making my eyes so much worse). After Dr. Muller started treating both my dry eye and my allergies, I finally turned a corner. Dr. Muller has given me my life back. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Muller.
I had a great experience with Dr. Muller that I was not expecting. She is well rounded, experienced, great bed side manners, great listener and very down to earth. She was holistic and was willing to look at my symptoms from a perspective of where the disease was stemming from and not just treating the symptoms. This is how all physicians should operated in my opinion. I feel very lucky that I have found Dr. Muller.
I came to Dr. Muller with a very severe case of dry eyes. I had been to many doctors prior to her and no one put the time and everything into trying to heal this problem. Dr, Muller told me when I first saw her that she was determined to help me. She has been an amazing doctor to me. And so caring.
Ditching glasses and contacts is an incredibly liberating experience and Dr. Muller's comprehensive treatment has kept my vision perfect these past few years. Dr Muller does everything she can to put you at ease throughout the entire treatment process along with her friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always at the ready to assist.
