I started to use Dr. Slakoper last year. When I was sick I could never get an appointment. Her nurse practitioner did not help at all. I called 3 times a week for two months and could never get an appointment. I begged for a stronger antibiotic but her staff said that she said my problem was viral. As soon as I changed to another doctor I was given a stronger antibiotic and I immediately improved. Beware of this doctor and this practice!
I am very disappointed in Dr. Slakoper and her office. I waited a long time to be seen by her as a new patient. At first I thought she was very good, spending a good amount of time with me and seeming to have a good understanding of my problems. Then she mislead me during an appointment and the issue has been drawn out for almost 2 months. I have gone back and forth with her office staff, asking that she call me over and over. No call.
