my mother had the worst experience there. please visit the office if you want to get treated horribly. her type of care is disrespectful and disgusting. her being a medical professional embarrasses the healthcare system. the doctor and her daughter were dismissive and disrespectful during my moms visit. my mom felt unheard and undervalued when discussing my concerns. Respect and good communication are crucial in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.
The receptionists are totally unhelpful and boorish. They said they’d call me back after making my appointment to confirm insurance. They did not. I called day of, before heading to my appointment to confirm they had everything they needed in regard to my insurance, they said they did. When I got there that was totally untrue and they couldn’t care less. Mind boggling that you can be so bad at a job that you’re paid to do.
Was recently assigned to Dr Jacqueline Denysiak by my insurance and I have tried calling the office to make an appointment and no one answers. I am not even able to leave a voicemail. It's the same number on my insurance card as it is on their website.. I have tried calling multiple times and am unable to get a hold of anyone.
She took the time to truly listen to all of my symptoms and concerns and provided a thorough plan to not just suppress my symptoms but genuinely help me feel better. I’ve never felt so cared for by a doctor. Thank you Dr. J!
I was assigned to Jacqueline Denysiak by my insurance. I have tried over and over to get in touch with her office and have never been able to even speak to someone on the phone. I have tried different days and times. When I have been able to leave a voicemail I have, but have never gotten a call back. However, most of the time the calls don’t even go to voicemail.
