I can only comment on my experience at the waiting area and with the front desk staff. The experience at the doctor's office was horrible. The staff does not respect the patients' time. They gave my mother a 9:30 am appointment and there were already about 15 people at the office. When I asked around how many people were ahead of me. The front desk staff did not want to answer, they just said my mom needed multiple exams done, so that is why they asked us to come at 9:30. I had a very disappointing experience at this office. To be clear, the doctor was not the issue—the problem was with the front desk staff. I waited over two hours for my appointment. During that time, I politely asked the receptionist twice where I was on the list because of the long wait. Instead of being helpful, she responded with a very rude and dismissive attitude.
