Dr. Cosme spend good amount of time to learn about my 14yo daughter habits, physical and mental health. She was very good listener and advisor. My teenage daughter felt very comfortable with her to share personal things.
I took my son to see Dr Cosme. He was in no pain but complained of noises in ear. She attempted to clean out my sons ear and was very rough. He flinched in pain several times. Last time he flinched in pain and blood started coming out of his ear. She told use to go home and let it heal over night and then irrigate it ourselves the next day. Instead, I took my son to an ENT Doctor 2 days later. She cleaned his ear properly with zero pain and prescribed antibiotic ear drops for an ear canal infection.
