From start to finish everyone was friendly and professional
The word "family" doctor has its true meaning, not a group care provider. I felt honored that "my" doctor came to see me, truly caring doctor.
Excellent bedside manner. Knowledgeable and looks out for the clients best interests.
She gives the patient's care and health journey a top priority. She is professional, knowledgable, and an attentive listener.
Dr. Angerstein remembers me and my health issues. She always listens and gives me honest feedback and has helped me to quit smoking back in 2019.
Couldn't find a splinter in my foot that a friend said was as big as boat. Couldn't find a 13.5 lb uterine tumor despite have Paps ever six months. RUINED MY LIFE
Terrible MD! Like the others stated: She does not listen(it shows in her charting), she gets annoyed when asked questions even about lab work at was flagged in red as abnormal, she makes false assumptions without cause then charts it in your medical record, she has a reactive approach to medicine not proactive, she can be condescending and rude.
I was having sudden breathing issues and she blamed it on mental health. Said that I need to ask a therapist (out of network since the waiting time is months) or get on anxiety meds. I had to convince her to give me a contact for an ENT, not sure why that wasn't top of mind for her.She then told me to seek help if it persists after a whole month, even though I told her it affected me walking and my day-to-day. Worthless doctor who doesn't deserve a license.
Dr. Angerstein was the first physician I saw in Texas, and it was not a good first impression. She misrepresented the facts and lied to me. She said no physician would prescribe the medications I was on, yet several physicians in the past did. She treated me like a drug addict. She wanted to change my medicines without consulting my past physician or knowing my medical history. I reminded her that stopping my medication could cause rebounds and seizures. She didn't care.
