I lived in Mid Wilshire and was sent to his Glendale office instead of the Beverly Hills by accident in early October 2012. No problem. WRONG. I call the next day down Beverly Hills to set an appt. and they say nope, it takes 4-6 weeks to transfer a file from office to office. 4-6 weeks from Glendale to Beverly Hills,...WTF. I immediately call out Glendale and tell them I will just drive. Too late, they already started the process.
