Communication is difficult, English is NOT their first language. Before you even sit down they drill you on price and inquire how you are going to pay which makes you feel very uncomfortable (as if being at the dentist is uncomfortable enough). If you generally nervous at the dentist, this might not be the place for you. Beside manner is not their strong suit, they want your money, everything else is secondary. BTW - the work they do is not exactly top notch either.
