Despite booking directly with the doctor’s wife, the aggressive receptionist dismissed me, denied my booking, and made me wait 80 minutes—twice. Never answers calls and the voicemail box is always full—getting in touch is impossible. The staff are rude, irresponsible, and treat the elderly with total disrespect while shoving blame around. A completely appalling experience—looking for a new doctor.
Unreturned phone calls, a perpetually full voicemail box, and consistently RUDE front desk behavior have completely compromised the standard of care I expect. I am ending my care with your office and transferring to a new practice facility!
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. We have now been waiting two weeks for an authorization because messages are repeatedly not relayed or simply forgotten by staff. Each time we follow up, we are told something different or that there is no update, which suggests a serious breakdown in communication and workflow. Timely authorizations are critical in patient safety. Don’t walk, but run away from this dismissive-apathetic office!
ZERO STARS! My 82-year-old grandma , in severe pain and needing urgent care, was screamed at by staff -XINH who yelled "NO APPOINTMENT! NOT ALLOWED TO SEE Dr.” Refused to listen-despite her appointment being booked by doctor’s wife, XUÂN XINH showed zero compassion or human dignity, a reflection of an office that is repeatedly dismissive and demeaning toward elderly and non-English-speaking patients. Strongly caution anyone from choosing this practice.
What up with the receptionist? just called in to check if they accept a new patient and this lady answered incredibly rudely. Maybe i called too early in the morning because she gave me a whole attitude and made me feel like i was a burden. AVOID this CALLOUS office!
