This was the first 2and theyvery nice ans explained everything to me.
The long process they seem to be required to follow according to them, just does not make any sense. The nurses and front desk are patient and very kind. As for Dr. Lee, I felt he was obviously disinterested, with no sincere concern, compassion or empathy and barely made eye contact. That was my experience and how I felt I was treated. Maybe it was a bad day.
