I recently had a consultation with Dr. Smith. From being greeted by the front desk staff, escorted back to the room by Gretchen, and then meeting with the doctor, everything was great! They are very professional and yet made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They answered all of my questions, were prompt with a quote, and I feel ready for my upcoming procedure!
I was looking at travel for my procedure. I am so happy I decided to stay local. Dr.Smith did an amazing job. From the beginning he explained where we were in the process. He explained the procedure in detail and what to expect. The follow up has been phenomenal. Getting to go to the office and have a conversation is key. I was fortunate to have Dr Smith and his staff for my reduction mammoplasty surgery. They were outstanding from beginning to post op. I felt extremely comfortable and trusted them explicitly. I would recommend him and his staff for your surgical wants and or needs.
