Hold Dr. Cragun in high esteem, outstanding person and doctor. His staff were outstanding which is always important to me. I am 87 , had an infected tooth with old crown and within an hour it was fixed, minimal discomfort and in two healing days was totally perfect. Highly recommend Dr. Cragun.
Amazing experience. Dr. Cragun got me in for a same day root canal. I was in and out within an hour. 3 days later I feel amazing, no pain, no soreness. They sent me home with clear post care instructions and were very caring and intentional. Hopefully I won’t need anymore root canal’s but if I do, I know where I’m going.
Dr. Cragun and his entire team are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take tremendous pride in what they do. The professionalism, communication, efficiency, and attention to detail are second to none. My goodness! I have NEVER gotten such a quick appointment, had a root canal done in an hour, and worked with such amazing folks! The doctor had a wonderful bedside manner, Grace was spot on with her duties and X-rays, Ashley “gently” explained the bill, and Jen is the one that made it all happen in the first place, with appointment setting and getting files from another dentist (no easy task). All I can say is that it was a remarkable day going to the dentist!
I went to my dentist last week for my six month checkup. My hygienist didn't like something on my X-ray and my Dentist sent me to Dr Jake Cragun at Cragun Endodontics. Dr Cragun confidently assessed my situation and gave me several options and we chose a root canal. Dr.Cragun is very kind and compassionate. He has a great staff. They are a well oiled machine. I knew I was in good hands the moment he started speaking.
