Amazing experience from the first phone call. Staff were all super polite and got me in quickly. Dr Cragun was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I have always had difficulty with dental work as I don’t respond to anesthetic well but Dr Cragun got me numb from his first try and it was truly the best experience I’ve had with any kind of dental work. Highly recommend him and his office!
Dr Jake Cragun , I thought was very sweet n did the procedure well . However , during the consultation they had mentioned that they will give me post care instructions ( which were not handed to me ) . They sent the prescription to the pharmacy but never informed me anything about it . I assumed I have to take over the counter pain medication . Pain management is not a strong suite at Cragun's. Dr. Cragun performed a very painful root canal and did not proactively prescribe anything for pain and said to use over the counter pain relievers. A day and a half after the procedure, I experienced a flare up. (I didn't know what it was either, but now know it is prolonged, unrelenting, crippling agony.) I can not say enough good things about Dr. Cragun. I am not an ideal dental patient and he was AMAZING!! I appreciated how at ease I felt. He even personally checked on me that evening. Jennifer Mitchell
