I scheduled a physical with her. During the appointment, I asked her 3 questions, she didn't have to examine me or prescribe any meds for those 3 questions. Afterwards, I come to find that she billed the insurance for a problem visit instead of a physical and her excuse was I asked so many questions. She didn't disclose upfront that if she answers my questions, she'll have to bill it as a problem visit. She also was 30 minutes late and I was her first appointment for the day.
