Dr Hsieh is great sometimes he can be over booked and wait is long. I've waited as long as an hour and half but idk I didn't really mind What did bother me is there is 1 receptionist I won't mention her name but she is so rude. I've been going there for over a year and from first day she's been nothing but rude. The other 2gals are sweet and always smiling.
