My daughter went for a re-treatment of a root canal done 1 1/2 years ago in Dr. Levi's office by a student. While there for the re-treatment the assistants(?) repeatedly dropped tools on the floor, picked them up and used them in my daughter's mouth! At one point the assistant came out to vacuum the hallway with gloves on and went back to the appointment without changing the gloves. My 13 years old daughter had an accident that caused her to chip both her front teeth as a mom it was the hardest thing to go through she was told she needed 2 root canals now my main concern was finding a Dr to do it as soon as possible and someone that took her insurance she has Medicaid w/ Amerigroup which a lot of Doctors don't take...Dr. Levy was on of the Dr's on the list that took it the same day I called his office his wife who was beyond the nicest lady I spoke too was able to put her in that same day. Horrible dentist stay away!!! Root canal took over 6 hours two separate visits and he leaves the room multiple times to make phone calls. When my filling was too high I sat back down in another room where he was on the phone he turned around and stuck his fingers in my mouth with no gloves and took some out. I was mortified!! May have been good back in the day but not anymore! Horrible the wife who I had to deal with is so rude . Never got to actually meet the doctor but knowing they don't care that someone needs an emergency root canal is enough to me . Meanwhile my mouth is going numb and my face is swollen and she told me to forget about my appt. how horrible all because she said she doesn't like my insurance but meanwhile they still take it

I absolutely loved Dr. Levi he was very professional and caring. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. During the procedure he often asked me how i was feeling and how was my pain. Dr. Levi is the best Endodontist i been too. Also his staff was very professional .I would recommend Dr. Levi to my family and friends. We even talked a lot during my visit about my Southern Heritage and cooking. We also compared some cooking tips about different types of food. I am very pleased with his service and his office staff.

I absolutely loved Dr. Levy. I had a very difficult root canal and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt no pain during the procedure. It was tough getting an appointment, but it was worth it. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Levi is an expert in the root canal procedure as evidenced by the fact that he teaches other dentists to become specialists at Columbia University Dental College. This makes him a busy man. He also handles emergency cases which can alter his schedule. With those facts in mind, when I arrived I expected a bit of a wait. Compared with other doctors I've seen this year (from primary care to pulmonary to ophthalmology), the wait was about average.
