Dr Jensen is very professional and knowledgeable. It’s nice to have such confidence in your surgeon. He always knows the latest med info and is happy to answer questions.

Been seeing Dr Jensen for a year now and he is one of the best orthopedic doctor I have ever had. Had shoulder surgery and I am now able to use my shoulder without any pain. I will recommend him to any person that will need his services. The whole office , rehab, and the surgery center were all professional

Friendly, professional service. The staff is great and Dr. Jenson has a will do attitude. I was assured that they would do everything thay could to help me and I trust they will. Already a big improvement.

I saw Dr. Jensen for a shoulder issue that was undiagnosed. My chiropractor had treated it for 2-3 weeks before realizing he could not help. He sent me to Dr. Jensen and recommended an MRI. Dr. Jensen denied my request for an MRI making a wrong diagnosis. Instead, he sent me to his own physical therapy studio. I worked hard & it was painful. After almost 4 months, my condition had worsened and turned into a frozen shoulder. Jensen now recommended surgery. That is when I said he would not do surgery on me without an MRI. Likelihood? Not at all! My Son broke his left leg in 3 places. 1st visit was 4-8-19. After waiting for over an hour, he was told to get MRI downstairs. After waiting another hour and half, $500 bucks later he had the MRI which could not be evaluated that day and would require another office visit. 2nd visit was 4-9-2019. After waiting for 45 minutes we were ushered in to a little room and waited another 30 min. for Dr. Jensen. Very disappointing I was scheduled for A steroid shot 3 weeks ago but was suddenly cancelled, I don't believe they actually tried to get it approved because I called my provider and was told they had no record of authorisation beings requested. No one has even called to follow up, or tell me anything. Well yes I'M still suffering and have no idea if all my efforts my MRI was wasted . With this kind of incompetence I would never let any one close with big needle.
