I have been a patient of Dr Jensen's for over 20 years. It has been extremely difficult to contact his office. It always goes to voicemail and your lucky to get a response. My case involves a lot of paperwork. It takes weeks to get it done and often, my emails go unanswered. I continually try to follow-up with his staff and it can take several emails before it gets answered. Information has been missing and it takes several times before they get it right if they even do. Dr. Jenson has an amazing staff. From Maria at the front desk to many assistants who are pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Jenson is great at accessing my symptoms and steering me to a solution. From knees to shoulders he can help.
I recommended him to a young woman I saw w/a heavy-duty knee brace. She had a meniscus tear and her own dr wasn’t giving her much help. I recommended Dr Jensen. 3 yrs later, a coworker said the same woman asked her to thank me the referral. She was back to enjoying a full, active life after Dr Jensen’s surgery. Efficient. Some tests today and MRI set for tomorrow. Narrowed to two likely diagnosis already so treatment started immediately to get me back into sports quickly.
