This is the same problem I had this month on ebay, except for me Dr.Riley bid on 2 slots machines for a total of $7800.00 with no payment!! Side tracks me with saying he will pay tomorrow for about 3 days now I would not recommend doing any kind of business or trading with this guy This is not the way to do any kind of business or trading very sad to see someone just abuse the ebay system and say, hey I just dont feel like paying them!
