I scheduled an appointment with Dr. James Timothy Riley to discuss treatment options, bringing comprehensive imaging and reports from a sonogram performed just three weeks prior at Mayo Clinic Rochester. I strongly advise against using this doctor or the US Vein Clinic if you expect accessible, responsive care. There is no direct way to reach the doctor or his staff—you’re forced to go through the US Vein Clinic’s general number, which is managed by non-medical representatives who offer little help, especially in urgent situations.
