Even though Dr. Bernardi was professional the staff at the Norton Commons office got 1 star. Making an appointment took a lot of calls since more than five times I called, it directed me to a voicemail that was full. I had to go in person to make the appointment. I would not visit this office again.
Impersonal and insincere. He handled a situation extremely unprofessional.
