I have been very disappointed with this office. I was seen once by the PA and was told I’d have to be seen in person by Dr. Ware to review the results of an MRI the PA ordered. I requested a phone call to review my MRI results and was told multiple times that “he does not do that”. The front office staff never even bothered to ask Dr. Ware if he would make an exception. Incredibly kind and compassionate.
Dr. Ware is very pleasant doctor! He helps me choose the best care for me and lets me understand. He is gentle and explains very well what happened with my knee.
