Dismissive and spends 3 minutes with patient in my experience
If I could do no stars I would, I am sure (and have heard that the doctor is excellent) but the office staff needs compassion training, you work in healthcare…part of that word is “care” and they do not know what that is.
I got referred to Dr Ware after my first ortho just didn't feel like was the best opinion to go with, and how glad I am I did. From the beginning he was very understanding and realistic about the concerns I saw him with. After exhausting all conservative methods I ended up needing a hip labral repair surgery. As unpleasant as a surgery could be, I am so happy it was Dr Ware and his team who did it. My utmost comfort and safety was their first priority.
