This is the most gentle and caring professional I have ever come across. I can't believe the previous comment is even real. He is an extraordinary Periodontist.
Topical lidocaines onset is 2-3 mins not immediate. Very rough and not attentitive to the patients needs. IMO more of a quick and dirty dentist when it comes to extractions.
