I am very disappointed at this dentist office without even been there! After months of having scheduled appointments as new patients (for regular clean up), they call to reschedule my appointments for Dec. 31 (today is 12/5, my appoints. were for 12/9)!! Perhaps this was convenient to the Humana provider going on vacation??? I explained that moving the dates meant for me to also having re-arrange with my daughter's ortho to remove braces before cleaning, and put them back after cleaning. I arrived early for my appointment and found the front desk empty and others waiting in the room. After a few minutes, I called out and someone came from the back and said they were all in a meeting. Shortly, the receptionist came out and handed me some paperwork they needed filled out. I found it strange that they would leave the front area unoccupied with all the medical records available to anyone who wanted to reach in and grab them.
