He always listens to a patients concerns provides feedback on that days blood work and provides options on various treatments.
Dr. Ivan Aksentijevich is incredible. The best Oncologist. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is great to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor with great knowledge and experience that combines such personal touches care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Conveyed absolute expertise, walking through test results and diagnosis while taking the time to have a conversation. Easy to talk to and unhurried. I’ve been to Dr A twice and would recommend to anyone.
He saw me about 2 years ago and when I was admitted again he was the one who saw the lump on the xray while checking for a pulmonary embolism. He order a biopsy which which showed stage 4 ovarian cancer. He remembered me from 2 years earlier. And since he has been treating my cancer it has dropped drastically down to 160 after 3 treatments. The goal is 35. He takes the time to explain every step as we proceed through the process. He has a friendly manner and his staff is wonderful. I would give a 5 star rating!

Nobody wants to,go to an oncologist but Dr. A and his staff are terrific. He takes time with you, explains what he is thinking and his bedside manner is caring and friendly. Could not ask for a better doctor.
